of 53 Queen Victoria Street, London E.C.

1879 Established by Percival Everitt and William John Adams as agricultural and general engineers; the business traded as Everitt, Adams and Co.

1880 of Ryburgh.[1]

1880 Partnership dissolved - Adams moved to the Vacuum Brake Co

Also invented the penny-in-the-slot machine.[2] (1884 patent of Sandeman and Everitt).

By 1888 had become Farmers Foundry Co of St Andrew's Works, Great Ryburgh
