Fatstock Marketing Corporation acquired the manufacturing business of Marsh and Baxter Ltd as part of a diversification move.
FMC was launched as a public company; the business of the Fatstock Marketing Corporation was sold to FMC's wholly-owned subsidiary, FMC (Meat) Ltd[1]
