1920 A public company, Ferodo Ltd, was formed to acquire Herbert Frood Co; in addition to the existing products, it was intended to bring Ferodo Stair Treads into production as soon as possible, these having been delayed by the war[1].
1926 Turner and Newall purchased some ordinary shares in Ferodo Ltd[2].
