- Steel processing division - Firsteel Ltd, Coated Strip Ltd, Firsteel Metal Products Ltd, Firsteel Distributors Ltd, Church and Bramhall Ltd, P. F. Kitson Steelstock Ltd, Viscount Fasteners Ltd.
- Engineering Division - J. Hartley and Co Ltd, Robert Hudson (Machinery, Sales and Service) Ltd, The Lightfoot Refrigeration Co Ltd, Newell Dunford Ltd, Charles Roberts Engineering Ltd, Selflock Ltd
