1945 Flexibox Ltd was incorporated; Manchester Oil Refinery Ltd assigned some of its shares to Mr Fritz Porges

1956 New factory at Ballymena[2]

By 1963 Manchester Oil Refinery and Flexibox were owned by Burmah Oil Trading[3]

1985 Name changed to Flexibox International Ltd

1986 Part of EIS Group[4]

1994 Owned by EIS Group. Its subsidiaries were engaged in manufacture of mechanical seals and flexible power transmission couplings[5]

1998 When EIS was acquired by TI Group, Flexibox became part of John Crane.
