We have learned with regret of the death of Mr. Francis William Dugdale, which occurred at his home in Sunderland on December 27th. Mr. Dugdale, who was fifty-nine, was managing director of S. P. Austin and Son, Ltd., the Wear Shipbuilding and ship-repairing firm.
