George E. Sandland ( -8th July 1961)

'We regret to announce the death of Mr. George E. Sandland, which occured on July 8. Mr Sandland had been with the Interational Nickel Company (Mond), Ltd., and its predecessor for thirty-five years, and was particularly identified with the company's Development and Research Department. Latterly, he was prominent in the nickel plating labelling scheme, which is now reaching a state of maturity.
