1905 Licence from the Baldt Anchor Company (incorporated in New Jersey) to George Frederick Simms, trading as G. Hartshorne and Company, Netherton, to exploit the Baldt anchor patents in the British Isles and Germany for 5 years[1]

1907 Acquired by N. Hingley and Sons
