1910 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, George Walter Summers, of 56, Waterloo-road, Wolverhampton. Iron Master, and George Summers, of 167, Tettenhall-road, Wolverhampton, Iron Master, carrying on business as Iron aud Steel Manufacturers at the Ettingshall Iron Works, in the parish of Coseley, in the county of Stafford, under the style or firm of "G. W. SUMMERS AND SONS," was, on the twenty-sixth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and ten, dissolved by mutual consent. The said George Summers will continue the said business under the present style or firm of "G. W. Summers and Sons."...'[1]
