1894 October 18th. Born at Oxton, near Birkenhead, the third of four sons (the second son had a twin sister) of Thomas Blackwell Heyworth, a Liverpool businessman, and his wife, Florence, daughter of Thomas Francis Myers, of Bolton

1974 June 15th. Died at 29 Sussex Square, London
