1939 Geoffrey W Marshall, Director, manager York Roadstone Quarries with Supervision of men & machinery including motor lorries, lived in Brighouse with Zoe Marshall, Bertha M Marshall[1]

1956 Patent application with Halifax Tool Co on improvements in drilling machines

1959 Patent application with Halifax Tool Co on methods of sharpening rock bits

1960 Patent with Reliance (Trucks) on improvements in vehicles; inventor named on a patent application of Halifax Tool Co on self-laying track vehicles.

1962 Inventor shown on a patent application by Halifax Tool Co on mobile power units.

1964 Inventor shown on a patent application by Halifax Tool Co on improvements in drilling of bore holes in rocks and the taking of core samples.

1996 Died in Northallerton[2]
