1934 Colonel George Huddleston retires as managing director of the Assam-Bengal Railway and is succeeded by G. H. Ormerod who has worked for the company for 27 years.[1]

1935 Huddlestone, Agnes Ellen of Newlands Kewferry Hill Northwood Middlesex (wife of George Huddleston) died 20 Mar 1935 at the Casa Blanca Hotel East Cliff Ramsgate. Probate Lon 27 May to the said George Huddleston retired colonel H.M. army and George Reginald Graham Huddleston, company director.
