Gibbons and Wills were merchants who moved into the manufacture of 'chemical manures'.
c.1858 Gibbons and Arthur Winkler Wills, manufacturer of artificial manure, were using premises at Horseley Fields, besides that of William Bailey, chemical manufacturer.
1880 Gibbons & Wills were recorded as being at Sun Street, Horseley Fields.
1883 they appear in the Alkali Inspector's list under the name of F. D. Gibbons.
By 1900 they had disappeared.
