1914 Public company.

1959 Company incorporated with the registration number SC034126

Subsidiary Yule the Chemist Ltd

1961 Ironfounders, engineers and enamellers manufacturing R.W. and soil goods, ranges, combination grates and fires. 500 employees.[1]

1965 to 1968 G and B Consortium established (composed of Grahamston Iron Co, BXL and Valor Ltd) to manufacture plastic pipes and drains.

1994 Company liquidated.
