1962 Company registered by Albert Griffiths, mechanical engineer, of Bebington, Wirral, and Peter Ashworth Webb, heating and ventilating engineer, of Solhull[1]

By 1965 was a subsidiary of Wolseley Hughes

1969 Name changed to Nu-Way Benson (Heating and Drying) Ltd

1994 The company decided not to appoint auditors (because it was dormant)
