1920 Public company formed, incorporating David Rollo and Sons and presumably Clover, Clayton and Co and H. and C. Grayson

1927 Name changed.

1961 Ship repairers, engineers and dry dock proprietors.[1]

1963 The company was being integrated with the ship repair business of Cammell, Laird and Co[2]
