1911 Living at The Elmes, Gravelly Hill, Erdington, Birmingham: S. A. Newman (age 46 born Birmingham), Motor and Cycle Manufacturer - Employer. With his wife M. A. A. Newman (age 43 born Birmingham) and their three sons; H. C. Newman (age 23 born Birmingham), Motor Engineer; H. S. Newman (age 19 born Aston); and P. A. Newman (age 15 born Aston). Also his brother T. B. Newman (age 38 born Aston), Manager Motor and Cycle.[1]
