1962 Obituary [1]

Mr H. F. Reeman (Member) died recently at the age of 75.

He was apprenticed to Smith's Dock Co. Ltd, North Shields, in 1902 and attended Armstrong College, Newcastle-upon-Tyne. In 1907 he joined the Electricity Department of Tynemouth Corporation and he continued to work in this field, in Scotland, Nottinghamshire and Llanelly, until 1920.

After a brief period in a consulting engineer's office, he joined Babcock and Wilcox as a Technical Assistant in the Testing Department. By ....[more]
