1919 Company incorporated for the business of engineers and brass founders

1928 Began to make wire-tying and strapping machines for packaging

By 1955, when the company introduced semi-automatic machines, packaging machinery was the main business. Also made ignition parts for the motor industry.

1960 Acquired by Southcros Ltd from Norcros.[1]
