1814 Birth of son Henry William Caslon in London[2]
Henry brought in Nathaniel Catherwood's brother, John Catherwood, as a partner in the business.
1821 John Catherwood left.
1839 Henry William Caslon joined the firm.
1850 May 28th. Died. '28th inst. Boulogne-sur-Mer, aged 64, Henry Caslon, esq. late of the Caslon Letter Foundry. London, and Higham-hill, Walthamstow.'[3]
After this, Henry William Caslon was the sole proprietor of the Caslon foundry.
