1834 November 26th. Born in Liverpool the son of John Dorlin Grayson, Shipbuilder and his wife Jane
1881 Living at High Meadow, Egerton Road, Claughton. Henry H. Grayson (age 46 born Liverpool), Shipbuilder employing 500 men. With his wife Margaret A. Grayson (age 42 born Ty'Dee, Mons.) and their three children; Norah C. Grayson (age 13 born Liverpool); Ambrose D. H. Grayson (age 6 born Birkenhead); Godfrey F. W. Grayson (age 1 born Birkenhead). Also his mother-in-Law Mary Thomas Lewis (age 71 born Caerleon), Widow, and his sister-in-Law Emily Mary Lewis (age 38 born Ty'Dee, Mons.). Four servants. Note: In the adjoining house is George Robert Clover and family.[1]
