1879 Henry White and his partner Challingsworth were in possession of the Pontymister or Britannia Foundry.

1893 the Company became Henry White and Co

1897 purchased the six year old Fontmister Steel Works, previously the property of P. S. Phillips Ltd.

1917 John Paton was on the board of directors, of the then limited company.

1920 Amalgamation with Partridge, Jones and Co.

1961 The Works closed.
