1968 NSF formed JV with Holzer of Germany: Holzer Controls Ltd[1]

1980 NSF was included in Lucas Industrial Systems; NSF adopted the Lucas brand.

1996 Following the Lucas-Varity merger, there was a management buy-out of NSF
