Maker of airscrews and aircraft components, of Chesham
1937 Edmund Hordern (1904-1992) established the company to build the Hordern-Richmond Aeroplane that he had developed with his friend the 9th Duke of Richmond, Frederick Gordon-Lennox.
1939 See Aircraft Industry Suppliers
WWII Developed hydulignum propellers which had weight advantages over duralumin propellors and were used on many aircraft.
1944 Edmund Hordern left the company.
The company was later taken over by Rotol.
