The Horstman division of Lucas Defence Systems

1980 Electrical and Industrial Securities purchased Horstman Defence Systems Ltd from Lucas[1][2]

1990 Acquired the engine business of Coventry Climax.

2001 Acquired by the Harris Watson group[3]

2012 The company specialises in the design and manufacture of military vehicle suspension systems together with equipment for other military and naval systems.
