The whole of the machinery is in excellent working condition, having only ceased working during the present month, and many extensive repairs have only recently been executed. Also the LEASEHOLD Interest in and upon the works and premises, with the valuable water rights and other privileges, having yet 2% years to run, as specified the lease, dated November lst, 1888 for a term years. It isbeheved that arrangements can be made with the landlord for continuing; the tenancy after the expiration of tbe present lease. The whole of the Loose Plant and .Loose Articles, including 1.150 engraved copper rollers, drugs and drysalteries, new stores, loose tools, Ac, shall be taken by the purchaser at a valuation. . In the event of the plant and machinery not being sold as a whole, the same will be sold piecemeal on Wednesday, the 18th day November, 1891, and following days.
