1879 Insolvent. '...In the Matter of Proceedings for Liquidation by Arrangement or Composition with Creditors, instituted by Ira Ickringill, and James Ickringill, both of Keighley, in the county of York, Worsted Spinners, trading in copartnership under the firm of Ira Ickringill and Co....'[1]

1895 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership hitherto subsisting between the undersigned Ira Ickringill and Company Limited constituted under the Companies Acts and Charles Weatherall of Thorton near Bradford in the county of York Worsted Spinner carrying on business as Worsted Spinners at the Old Mill in Thornton aforesaid under the style or firm of C. Weatherall and Co. has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 31st day of December 1894.— Dated this 27th day of February 1895. IRA ICKRINGILL Director. JAMES ICKRINGILL Director.
