1899 Public company. The company was registered on 26 June, to acquire a business of art metal workers. [2]

Makers of many important bronze statues.

1914 Amalgamated with Spital and Clark of Birmingham

1922 Manufacturer of ornamental ironwork, including gates, railings, etc. Heavy cast bronzework, including doors, screens, ornamental figures and statutary.

1961 Metal workers specialising in hot pressings in brass, bronze and copper. 460 employees. [3]
