1902 After the death of their father, Joseph Albert Hill and Alfred Percy Hill took over the company.

1914 Engineers. Specialities: machine tools, general and special for high-speed work, "Galloway-Hill" patent boiler furnace, "Standard" patent spark arrester. [1]
