By 1958 Jackson Electric Stove Co had been acquired by Radiation

1961 Manufacturers of electric cooking, heating and water heating appliances, refrigerators and heavy duty cooking appliances.

1961 Jackson Industries closed its Luton factory and transferred production to the Parnall factory at Yate[1]
