Jacob Hulle (c1812-1894)
1858 Jacob Hulle bought Mr Herring's share in the business of Edward Herring and Co[1]
1861 Living at 14 Park Terrace, Lambeth: Jacob Hulle (age 49 born London), Manufacturer (Chemical), 15 men and boys. With his wife Sarah Hulle and his sister Mary Heseltine.[2]
Hulles Strychnine was notable as, previously, pure strychnine had not been available on the British market.
1868 Jacob Hulle retired from the business giving Thomas Whiffen the right to continue using his name as a brand mark for strychnine.
