James Ormiston (1769-1839) of Ormiston Wire

Partner in Heineken and Ormiston

Agent for the Bristol Brass and Copper Co, moved to London to open their office there and later bought that part of the business and named as ormiston Wire Co

1798 Married Pleasant Sarah Shrubb and they had thirteen children. Youngest son Philip Joshua Ormiston took over the family business when his James died
