c1758 Born, son of Jeremiah Watkins, the elder brother of Francis Watkins, Senior, and his wife Elizabeth, née Mines.

Joined his uncle in business

c.1784 When his uncle retired, took over the business with his brother Walter

1792 July 31st. Jeremiah Watkins of St Martin in the Fields married to Mary Fletcher at St Marylebone

1802 Listed as a freeholder of Charing Cross and owning property leased to Hill and Yardley

1810 February 12th. Burial at St. Peters, Petersham, (Richmond-on-Thames), of Jeremiah Watkins Esq. age 52 of the parish of St. Martins, London
