1864 The company was registered on 25 July, to acquire the business of firm of the same name, as engineers and ironfounders. [2]
1866 Just opened new rolling mills and puddling furnaces covering an area of 340ft by 200ft with two chimneys 123 feet high. Longer description in The Engineer. [3]
1870 250-ton hydraulic chain testing machine for Lloyd‘s Chain Testing Co., Walker-on-Tyne.[4]
1894 Changes to their engineering department mentioned. [5]
May have built a locomotive for their own use
