John Arthur Hoyle (1882-1912)


1912 Obituary [1]

JORN ARTHUR HOYLE, born on the 10th February, 1882, died at Blackburn on the 16th May, 1912.

After serving articles with the Borough Engineer of Haslingden, he became Deputy Borough Engineer, relinquishing that post in 1911 to take up a position in the Valuation Department of the Inland Revenue at Blackburn.

Mr. Hoyle was elected an Associate Member of The Institution on the 5th April, 1910.
