John Buckett (1833-1906) of Buckett Brothers

1833 Born in Rotherhithe the son of William Buckett, a Carpenter and Patternmaker, and his wife Sarah Tindal

1851 Living at 45 Brook Street, Lambeth: William Buckett (age 56 (age 30 born Rotherhithe), Carpeneter. With his wife Sarah Buckett (age 54 born Steaford, Linc) and their six children; Wm Thos Buckett (age 30 born Rotherhithe), Patternmaker; James Buckett (age 24 (age 30 born Rotherhithe), Patternmaker; Josh Buckett (age 20 (age 30 born Rotherhithe), Engineer; John Buckett (age 18 (age 30 born Rotherhithe), Engineer; Henry Buckett (age 14 born Walworth); and Elizabeth Buckett (age 11 born St. Gregory).[1]

1862 Married in Lambeth to Sarah Frances Newman

1891 Living at 111 Norwood Road, Streatham: John Buckett (age 58 born Rotherhithe), Mechanical Engineer - Employer. with his wife Sarah F. Buckett (age 55 born Suffolk) and their daughter Rose A. Buckett (age 21 born Camberwell). One servant.[2]

1906 Died. Probate to his widow Sarah Frances; John Henry Buckett, farmer; and Lily Newman Buckett, Spinster.
