John William Shillan (1892-1969)

Born the son of John Innes Shillan, a Baker, and his wife Laura Rockhill

1932 'Mr J. W. Shillan, the motor boat expert, whose engagement to Miss Ann Blakemore Rennie. of Glasgow, announced few ago, was yesterday operated on Dr Cyril Horsford, the throat specialist, in a Harley Street nursing home. The operation was entirely successful'[3]
