To be Let or Sold by Private Contract, ALL the well situated and extensive premises at Shooter's Brook, within less than one mile of the centre of the town of Manchester, lately occupied by Messrs Kirby, Barker and Dakin and by them used as an Iron Foundry, together with the steam engine, warehouse, smith's shop &c.
