1908 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Edwin Leadbeater, Francis Liddle Scott, and James Wing, carrying on business as Steel and File Manufacturers, at Sheffield, in the county of York, under the style or firm of "LEADBEATER AND SCOTT," has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the thirty-first day of December, 1907. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Edwin Leadbeater and James Wing, who will continue the business in copartnership under the style or firm of "Leadbeater and Scott."...'[1]
