1914 Engineers and Contractors. Specialities: Conveying plants, roofs, bunkers etc., inclined, vertical and horizontal retort installations, colliery screening plants etc. [1]

1914 Dissolution of the Partnership between Charles Arthur Goodall and William James Beaver Leech and Clayton, Son and Company Limited, carrying on business as Manufacturers of Elevating and Conveying Machinery, Builders of Furnaces and Retort Benches and General Engineers, at Pepper-road, Hunslet, in the city of Leeds, under the style or firm of LEECH, GOODALL AND CO., by the retirement therefrom of the said William James Beaver Leech. All debts received by Charles Arthur Goodall and Clayton, Son and Co. Limited, who will continue to carry on the business at the same address and under the same style.[2]
