1802 Advert: 'LEEDS BRIDGE FOUNDRY.
PRYOR and WARWICK having now rendered their FOUNDRY more compleat by the ERECTION of an ENGINE for the purpose of Boring and Turning IRON and BRASS CASTINGS, they hereby inform the Public, that they shall now be enabled to execute Orders with Expedition, and they trust to the Satisfaction of their Employers, on reasonable Terms.
They have also to Lett, which may entered to at Pleafure, TWO Large and New-built ROOMS, Twenty-four Yards by Twelve each, with Seven Horse Power from the aforefaid Engine.
§*§ The Business having increased rapidly, and the Premises being now capable of carrying it on to a great Extent, a Person of Respectability, who could advance a suitable Capital, would be treated with as a Partner, on liberal Terms.'
