1913 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, Linton Chorley Hope and William Rathbone, Junior, carrying on business as Naval Architects, at Adelphi House, Adam-sitreet, under the style or firm of LINTON HOPE AND COMPANY, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the thirty-first day of December, 1912. All debts due and owing to or by the said late firm will be received or paid by the said Linton Chorley Hope, and such business will be carried on in the future by the said Linton Chorley Hope...'[1]
