1973 New subsidiary formed of the Lucas Group; G. and E. Bradley became a subsidiary of this business[1]

1980 Sold Premier Precision of Bracknell and the Horstman division to Electrical and Industrial Securities; these 2 units were outside Lucas's main areas of interest[2]
