1912 Patent. 'Notice is hereby given, that Horace Trevor Williams, Luis Wirtz and Fore Company Limited have made application for the restoration of the Patent grant to Horace Trevor Williams and Luis Wirtz for an invention entitled "Improvements in change speed and in change speed and reverse gears" numbered 22172 of 1912, and bearing date the 30th day of September, 1912, which expired on the 30th day of September, 1916, owing to the non-payment of the prescribed Renewal Fee.'[1]
