1984 As a result of the GEC rationalisation programme, the Witton Kramer activities were split with production of the large lifting magnets transferred to Magnet Electrical Repairs Ltd at Swansea (now Cegelec Electrical Services Ltd).

1993 Became part of GEC Alsthom Electrical Services Ltd of Rugby

1998 Became Alstom Electrical Services Ltd

2000 Became Alstom Maintenance and Services Ltd

2001 Became Cegelec Ltd
