1910 Incorporated as a limited company.

1914 Tinplate, blackplate and terneplate manufacturers. [1]

1921 Llewellyn Davies of the Mardy Tinplate Works, Gorseinon and the Pontyffynnon Works, Carmarthenshire purchased the Dyffryn Steel and Tin Plate Works, Morriston.[2]

By 1933 was owned by Grovesend Steel and Tinplate Co
