1893 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Arthur Joseph Mason and Alfred Moore Mason, carrying on business as Bicycle Manufacturers and Machinists, at 23, Bridge-street, Burton-on-Trent, in the county of Stafford, under the style or firm of Mason Brothers, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as and from the 30th day of January, 1893. All debts due to or owing by the said firm will be received or paid by the undersigned, Alfred Moore Mason, who will carry on the business...'[1]
