Partnership of John McKenzie (of Worcester), Thomas Clunes and Walter Holland
1866 John McKenzie, Thomas Clunes, and Walter Holland, all of the Vulcan Iron Works, in the city of Worcester, Engineers, have given the like notice in respect of the invention of "improvements in machinery or apparatus for actuating and regulating railway points and signals."[1]
1873 Petition by Thomas Clunes, Walter Holland, and Samuel Telford Dutton, all of the Vulcan Iron Works, in the city cf Worcester, Engineers, in respect of the invention of "improvements in machinery or apparatus for working and inter-locking points and signals on railways."[2]
1873 Dissolution of the Partnership between Thomas Clunes and Walter Holland, as Iron and Brass Founders, Manufacturers of Railway Signals, and General Engineers, and carried under the style or firm of McKenzie, Clunes, and Holland, at the Vulcan Iron Works, in the city of Worcester. All debts owing from or due to the said partnership will be discharged or received by Walter Holland, who carried on the said business on his own account.[3]
By 1880 presumably succeeded by McKenzie and Holland, as Sidney Wood was recorded as representing that company.
