1883 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between William James George and Ralph Bennett, trading as W. J. George and Co. and the Mercury Machinists Co., in the trades or businesses of Iron, Tin-plate, and Metal Merchants and Bicycle and Tricycle Manufacturers and Factors, at 5, 6, and 1, Aston-road, Birmingham, in the county of Warwick, was this day dissolved by mutual consent; and the said businesses will in future be carried on by the said Ralph Bennett on his own account...'[1]
