1946 Company founded. Acquired the business previously carried on by Redwing Ltd, of Wolverhampton. Principal activities: manufacture of domestic electrical appliances and MIL steam fittings. J. Harper Bean and Victor Riley were directors[1]

1947 Listed Exhibitor - British Industries Fair. Manufacturers of "Milvac" Suction Cleaners. "Milbrite" Kitchen Furniture, Sink Units, and Dressers, etc., in Aluminium Bright, Light and Rustless. "Mindus" Electric Appliances. (Earls Court, 1st Floor, Stand No. 717) [2]

1947 Electrical appliance business ended in favour of concentrating on MIL fittings

1954 Public company. Had also built up substantial business in agricultural implements.

1960 Advert. MIL steam traps. [3]

1961 Engineers and manufacturers of "Mil" steam fittings, traps, check valves, water heating control, reducing valves and agricultural implements. Makers of "Mil" hydraulic loader. 280 employees. [4]

1968 Reverse take-over by Repton Foundry[5]

1984 After several years of losses, the receivers were called into the company which ceased trading[6]
